Beefayre honey comes from hives in the foothills of Western Transylvania where the bees have a diverse and rich diet, free from pesticides and intensive farming methods. Its pure, its nutrient rich and it tastes utterly delicious.
There are many different types of honey depending on the local bee ecology and the processing techniques. Our honey is classed as 'raw honey' which means it is taken directly from the comb and has not been heated or processed in any way, thereby retaining all the nutrients and all the goodness.
